Before you leave

1. Bag all trash and place it securely in the designated outside garbage container.
2. Load and start the dishwasher. Leave used towels in the bathroom tubs.
3. Strip the beds that were used and leave the dirty linens at the foot of each bed.
4. Return furniture, games and household items to their original locations.
5. Turn off lights, appliances, outdoor lights, televisions and amenities. Confirm that the grill burners are off and the propane supply is closed.
6. Traveling with a dog? Before checkout, please walk the property and make sure all dog waste has been picked up and properly disposed of. Please check around the cabin, deck, driveway, fire pit and any other outdoor areas your dog may have used. Help us keep The Rustic Reserve pristine for every guest. We welcome many families with young children who enjoy our outdoor spaces, and keeping the property clean and sanitary helps ensure everyone can safely enjoy their stay.
7. Set the thermostat to 75°F. Close and securely lock every window and exterior door.

• Pet reminder: If our cleaning team has to remove or clean up pet waste after your departure, an additional pet cleaning fee may be charged.
