Reservations and third-party services

The area map is provided by OpenStreetMap and loads content from its servers. The availability calendar is provided by Hostaway. Direct reservations and payments take place through our secure Hostaway booking website. Hostaway processes the information you submit under its own policies and the booking terms presented to you.

Technical information and cookies

Website hosting and embedded services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and service requests. Hostaway and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to operate their services. Your browser lets you manage cookies; blocking them may affect availability or reservation features. The website includes a VIP Guest List signup form powered by Brevo. If you choose to subscribe, the information you submit is used to manage the email list and send the promotional communications you requested. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in those emails. The Rustic Reserve does not add third-party advertising tracking to the site.

Questions and requests

For questions about information you send us, or to request a correction or deletion, email stay@therusticreserve.com. Some reservation records may need to be retained for legal or business recordkeeping purposes. Requests concerning a reservation can also be directed to Hostaway.

This website presents information about The Rustic Reserve and helps guests explore availability and request stays. Website content is for general information and may be updated. Availability, amenities and optional experiences should be confirmed as part of your reservation.

Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation. Photos, text and branding may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and policies. These website terms do not replace the rental agreement or policies accepted for your reservation, and do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Booking disclosures

Availability, prices and confirmation

Availability is supplied by Hostaway and may change before a reservation is completed. Review the total price, taxes, fees, payment schedule and reservation terms in checkout. Viewing dates, sending an email or requesting a package does not confirm a reservation. Refer to the confirmation issued by the booking provider for your booking status and details.

Cancellations and house rules

The cancellation and refund policy, occupancy limits, house rules and any rental agreement shown during direct booking apply to your stay. Review these before reserving. Contact us if any term is unclear before completing your reservation.

Celebration packages and special requests

Birthday, anniversary, non-alcohol, engagement and special-event packages may be requested when booking. Most packages require at least seven days’ advance notice before arrival to accommodate preparations. Package contents, availability and any additional charges will be confirmed with you. A request is not a guarantee of availability. Special-event requests must be discussed with us and remain subject to the applicable house rules and occupancy limits.
