How to use it
- Enter the unique door code provided in your arrival message.
- Press the shield key on the keypad.
- Wait for the lock to confirm that the door is unlocked before turning the handle.
- After closing the door, pull it fully into the frame so the automatic lock can engage.
Good to know
- The door is programmed to lock automatically after one minute.
- To lock it manually, place your finger on the shield key and hold it for five seconds.
- Never share your reservation code. The code is not displayed on this webpage or in the video.
- If the lock does not respond, confirm that the door is completely closed and contact guest support through your reservation message.
